Hi what is the cut off point for housing benefit?

I had an interview for a £24k job last week, so i was just wondering if this will effect my housing benefit much? I am currently on £20k - Have a partner and child, so my income is our only income.

    It depends on how much the law says you need to live on and how much your LHA rate is.

    You can model the impact of your new wages on the Turn2us online benefit calculator and identify the LHA rate on the LHA direct website. Remember that many LHA claimants will be impacted in the future by proposed changes to the LHA rates in the future.

    Wow, you mean you *do* get HB/LHA on £20k? I'm on £15k (with partner & child), and we get the grand total of £7 per week!
