iPhone photo manager

I have just got an iPhone and have put all my pictures on it (14000+). They are ordered in year then event folders. As you are all probably aware the pictures all sit in their respective 'root' year folder. Can anyone please recommend an app that will let me sort my pictures on the iPhone properly but retain the simple synching of itunes pictures?
