Saving to pay off Sofa's in 12 months - best account?

Hi all,

We have purchased some sofas which we have on a 0% deal which we need to pay off by beginning of Nov 2007.

We will be saving monthly over the 12 months to pay it off, but what would be the best account to save this in? It will be just less than 12 months when we need to withdraw the money out.

Will be paying in approx £120 per month.

Thanks

  • Not saving for a full 12 months makes a massive difference, unfortunately :(.

You could get 8.25% interest with Ipswich BS in 1 Year monthly saver.

Any chance of you still doing that and arranging a 12 day bridging loan via family or friends?

Does it? What about the LTSB 8% monthly saver?
  • Good if you've got a Lloyds current a/c.

A Yorkshire BS monthly saver @ 6.5% variable also allows 1 withdrawal pa before any loss of interest.
