  • Finally, got this resolved. After obtaining a second technical fault report and exchanging many e-mails, Ebuyer have agreed to replace the laptop. Thanks all for your advice.

    I have very nice experience Brokenscreen.ie & would like to share for your knowledge. The have collected my laptop with cracked screen and I got back it just like new in a quite reasonable cost.
