Hi all,
Well I've started making roads into the challenge as I'm really excited about it. But I'll only be adding totals when I have the cash in the bank
I've listed 8 items on ebay and taken photos of lots of other items to add throughout the month.
I've listed some old items on musicmagpie but they are really slow at turning around payments so not expecting anything from this in Feb.
I've asked to send a phone into envirophone worth c.£70
and I've also got a few mystery shops lined up.
So yes, feeling very positive for my first monthly attempt0 -
Thanks for the new thread, I'd like to go for £10 again please0

I've not been in on this one for a while now and really need to get saving plus it's dd's birthday next month so extra pennies would be great !!

Hi! I'd like to join in too please, gonna aim for £10 a day.
Quick question - do you guys have rules over when the cash gets counted? For example, if I send off a mobile phone to be recycled, do I count it when I place the sell order or when the cash is in my grubby little mitts/bank account?
Same for Quidco - count when tracked/validated, or when received?
Or are there no rules and anything goes!"Come on, Steve. We've got a diem to carpe!"0 -
Wretch - I count when it's in my grubby mits! It might mean your first month is a bit slow but by the end of feb or during march you'll have real money coming in
Kicking things off with £3.66 interest
Saving for a deposit: £11,621.15

Thanks guys. Makes sense to me to count it only once I've got it - I don't want to be counting chickens before they hatch and all that.
Plus I sent some stuff off in January that I haven't been paid for yet, so I can count that when it comes in"Come on, Steve. We've got a diem to carpe!"0 -
Forgot to say I've just placed sell orders with cex and tradeyourgames.co.uk, so that'll be £13 and £33.93 coming in soon (hopefully).
Not counting it yet though!"Come on, Steve. We've got a diem to carpe!"0
