Woop woop!
It looks like someone has signed up to giffgaff via my referral link and that's worth £5 added to my mobile phone credit, but it won't appear on my statement until next month
However, I got 31p this month just for answering a question on their community forum and that's already showing so I'm adding it to my total"Come on, Steve. We've got a diem to carpe!"0 -
Ooh! I've just found 7p in my desk drawer! :j
Is it wrong that I'm finding all this so exciting?"Come on, Steve. We've got a diem to carpe!"0 -

Hi all,
Well, i managed to sell an old games console (without games) for £50. It's been in it's box for over a year untouched. I found 3x £5 argos vouchers in the loft last night which i'm really pleased about and have sold a few bits on ebay lately.
I haven't worked out the total after P+P and fees for ebay yet so haven't added to the sig but will do tonight if i get a chance.
Good luck with your money making

*gasp* FINALLY-I've got some foreign students coming, YAY!! Not until next month and the day after the OH starts his new job, kinda apprehensive about it though; I have 2 15yr old boys staying with only me and my 2 kids...Think of the money! Talking of money, the OH has been working at his current job with the council for 17 years(!!) and as you all know they are making HUGE cuts. So we've come up with an ingenious idea to apply for voluntary redundancy and his group manager has got back to him saying that he'll delete his post(as he's a supervisor and the council were trying to eradicate all supervisory posts) This is great news as this means a large redundancy pay- £7000
Its capped at 11years though but mus'nt grumble! We'll find out on 24th Feb whether its been accepted so fingers crossed. Think of the bills I could pay off with that...:D

Don't seem to have posted for ages and ages. No excuses at all.not sure where the time has gone. It's not as if I have an exciting life!
Since last post things haven't been too bad. E-b*y £58.71,Am*zon £4.70. £2 Am* zon voucher from a survey site and £60 for selling a vacuum cleaner I won. Was going to list the vac on e-b*y but someone wanted to buy it,maybe could have got more but allowing for fees etc.don't think I would be any better off.
