£40 hit my bank account this morning from onepoll, so thats me off the mark this month. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

quick question - are we expected to update everyday? as in, come the end of the month do we tally it up by stating how many days we achieved it vs how many we didnt OR do we aim for a total ie £280 by the end of the month, working toward £10 a day - allowing for say a big ebay sale of £50 to count as £50 toward the monthly total and not just £10 for that particular day?
sorry if its been answered, I only read the first few posts and I hope I made sense0 -
Its the total that counts for most of us yeslek, I tend to only post when I have something to add to my total but pop on to the thread most evenings as we're a chatty friendly bunch. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

you can update whenever you like, some of us update whenever we make anything that we want to tell everyone about, some at the end of the challenge month.
totally upto you!
Although the challenge is make £10 a day, we are not saying YOU HAVE to make £10 a day, although you should try. So if you made £50 on ebay, after paying out fees, etc, then that would count towards 5 days of making £10 a day, so you would have covered 5 days of your challenge.
Some of us just update our signature as we go along and not post at all. This forum is for support, ideas, incentives and occasionally the odd kick up the bottom! :rotfl:
The whole incentive of this challenge is try to and make the extra money you would not have had this month, to help you with bills, holidays, credit cards, or whatever you want.

I just took it to mean make £10 a day on average.
I can only wish I had a way to make a consistent £10 a day every dayso I'm just aiming to have made £280 by the end of the 28th.

Hi all,
Yeslek, as the others said, most people count the money in total made for the month. Some days go by and I don't make a penny then other days I can do £40-50, so it just goes as a grand total(altho not always so 'grand' in my case!) It's a personal challenge so we all do it differently, I only count actual cash when I received it in my hand but lots of people count money saved on bogof's etc. It depends how you want to work it out for yourself.
