Mint Credit Reivew Letter

Hi All,
Just wondering if you can help me, on Friday I get a letter from my mint credit card, saying how the receision is affecting peoples ability to pay and that there might of been a change in my circumstances and to discuss if they could help to ring the Credit Review Team on an 0845 number between 9 - 5 monday to friday. Well as I work 9 - 5 monday to friday I cant phone them, they called today at home and left a message, what I dont understand is why, I havnt missed any of my payments, I pay by DD and I only have about £650 on the card, are they doing this to various people or has anyone had any experience with them.
