Life Insurance and Critical Illness

Hi,
I have spoken to a financial advisor and he has recommended that myself and my partner take out lifeinsurance and critical illness cover with a company called Bright Grey. Anyone with them or heard much about them?
Many thanks.
Also, any advice on questions to ask would be great. It's a depreciating cover. What are the advantages/disadvantages of this?

Part of the one of the biggest insurers in the UK.What are the advantages/disadvantages of this?
it goes down in line with the mortgage (assuming its for a mortgage as that is the most common decreasing need that decreasing term assurance is used for).
To be honest, if you have questions then you should ask the adviser. That is what they are being paid for. Make them work for the money. Plus, you get consumer protection if information supplied is wrong. You dont get that here.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
I'll be sure to bend his ear.
