Ending EA contract early

    [2] EA wants his commission and will tell you anything - I am assuming you are sold with another agent. Personally, if I accepted the offer, I would in writing instruct the agent to accept and tell him that the acceptance was on the basis of his advice and ask him to confirm in writing.
