Is there a good book on house buying?

My daughter wants to buy her first house, and foolishly asked me for advice. (You think she'd have learned by now.)
As it's decades since I bought a house, I did the obvious and referred her to the Money Savings Expert guide.
Unfortunately she's working absolutely flat out for the next week before jetting off on holiday and she wants a book to take out with her and read at her leisure.
So, can anyone come up with a recommendation for her: a book to buying your (first) house? Of course finance comes into it, but it's all the other practical details she needs help with as well...

She should count up her pennies first, do some research and evaluate what sort of place she wants and see how it tallies with what she can afford.0

I'm from an age when "Haynes Manual" meant cars, so thanks for bringing this to my attention. As for the weight, she's going with her brother - he'll end up carrying whatever "library" she ends up taking...0
