Won tickets for Wedding show but no response from company... what do I do?

Hiya all,
I love comping on here so a big big thanks to everyone that posts. I entered a competition (I think through here) for tickets to the National Wedding show from this website thislittleladywenttolondon.com
They notified me on the 12.01.11 to say that I had won a pair of tickets for the London show, on weekend of 19.02.11. I replied to my WEM the very day I recieved the email. I then emailed again on 25.01.11 to see when I would be getting my tickets. I have yet to get a response. Its a strange blogger/ London Socialite website that I cant find a telephone number for. I have also sent a message to the editor via Twitter, she is alive, as all I get are messages about how busy she is getting manicures and champers for parties etc etc
Has anyone had any dealings with this website? Are they always really poo at sending out prizes?
Im being quite anxious about this as the Wedding Show is in a few weeks and I havent had any sort of response from them at all. Im a budget bride, so any saving on Wedding Show tickets would be a god-send.
Does anyone have any advice on what I should do?
