Listing on Ebay

I have bought and sold a few items on ebay in the past but after having a good clear out I have lots of items to list.
Can I list the items I want to sell but not actually put them live for sale as I want them all to go live at the same time and maybe wait for a free to list weekend. I hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Use Turbolister or similar to create the auctions. You can then upload them when you want.
  • Does Turbolister give you the free listing then?

I've not used it for years but thought using it meant you didn't get the free listing...
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.

You can also use the scheduled lister and set the listing time for a date in the future. Payment isn't taken until the listing goes live. When there is next a free listing day you can just go in and edit them to start the listing there and then.

For the past free listing days items uploaded via turbolister have been charged.

  • How can you list over a period of time and schedule them for a FLD? Often you don't get a lot of notice of FLD's?

I have listed each item individually and scheduled them to start on a random date in February. 6p is applied to the listing fee but nothing will be charged unless they are listed on that date. I will then go in and edit the listings to start them immediately on a free listing day.

Please someone tell me if this is not going to work! But I think I have done this succesfully in the past?

I use Turbo Lister too. Why do you need to schedule your listings if you are happy to manually trigger the upload? Just write out all your listings and leave them sitting in the "waiting to upload" folder. It's not as if they do anything until you actually upload them.

Listings submitted by turbo lister on the last few FLD have not been free. It has specifically stated in the T&C's that only items scheduled or listed using the sell your item form qualify
