Help with Flash software please

Can someone please help a demented mother who's 4 year old son cannot access the CBeebies games as my computer tells me I need to install Flash software. I have installed it lots of times successfully but the problem is not resolved. I have looked at the Adobe Flash Troubleshooter page and followed all the instructions but still can't fix this problem. The next thing to try is the following possible solution but it does warn me that this is not for the faint-hearted and I'd rather not try it as it sounds terribly complicated.
"Issue
A user is unable to install or update the Adobe Flash Player.
Prerequisites
The following solution involves the Windows System Registry. Editing or manipulating the registry incorrectly can result in serious system damage, which may require reinstallation of the operating system. If you are not comfortable editing the registry then it's best to take your machine to a professional. If you choose to proceed it is essential to create a complete system backup and a Windows System Restore Point before proceeding. Adobe Systems cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from this information"
I was able to access the Cbeebies and BBC website up until a month ago and don't know why this is happening.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Try going into user accounts in control panel and make sure the account your putting flash onto is an administrators account and not limited then install flash http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash without the yahoo toolbar, then once done change that account back to limited.0
