Eon Boiler Service

:mad:Does anyone out there have similar problems getting Eon to do a proper job as part of their service contract.
On 17/12/10 my boiler froze due to the cold weather. They came out on 24/12/10 to do a temporary fix. On 31/12 they fitted a new expansion tank. Thats when the real problems began. The internal fuse on the boiler kept blowing and despite another 3 or 4 call outs they couldn't solve the problem. Eventually on 21/1/11 an expert came out (apparently they send one out after 5 visits) stated the person who fitted the expansionh tank had not put the wiring back properly causing continual shorting. Also stated as a result we now needed a new gas valve and he would fit it on 1/2/2011 when it arrived. Got a voicemail today (27/1/11) stating they can't get the part until 14/2/2011. They will ring later to organise a suitable appointment. I have rang back 4 times to speak to a manager, but they won't speak. We have no heating or hot water. What a cracking service Eon give. They know the predicament we are in. They just don't care. Anyone got any ideas out there ....Please!!!!
