When I ordered on line the 10% wasn't given so I e-mailed Boots and they give me refund.

Just reordered as I noticed it was back in stock, on 3 for 2 and still taking off £30 instead of £20 so got the three for £24. If they cancell this order, I will take it personally!!

Yes they have done that whey Ive rung or emailed them after they failed to take off the health club 10% but its a pain and we shouldnt have to keep doing it over and over.

I just checked my tracking to find my order was "delivered" yesterday and left "under slabs and wood at back of house" !! which I don't have!.
Does anyone have experience with Boots when a parcel isn't delivered? I am waiting to phone them at 8.30. I can't afford to lose £76

I have just been on phone so they say I have to fill in a form and send it back.
I asked them why I didn't get the over 60 discount and was told it is an instore offer only!
Hope I get my money back!

Thats not true, its spasmodic. When I rang them once the customer service girl said it was only for medicines!! I asked to speak to the supervisor and they refunded the 10% on my No. 7 makeup order

I wonder who had the slabs and wood in their back garden down your road then!
