Govt asking for opinions on changing DLA

Sorry if this is already posted but I'm a frequent lurker and haven't seen it. The Govt want opinions on their proposed DLA reform. They want to stop DLA and replace it with Personal Independence payment. They especially want opinions from disabled people (and groups). I had heard nothing about this reform and they want responses by Feb 14th.
