ICICI - appalling

On the 7th I asked ICICI to transfer a large sum of money by same day transfer to my main bank account. I paid £20 for the service and up to now the funds have not arrived, ICICI has said it will take up to 4 days to investigate and won't refund my fee.
Arrrrggghhhh.
I'm closing the account and moving to the Coventry Building Society - the only cheque account that you cannot have a cheque book for !!! Weird huh.

Charge you for a service they don't provide then refuse a refund.
They are on dubious ground there.
Think they have a history of blaming the destination account for refusing the transfer.0 -
