Scrolling Problem

I have a netbook with a Boingo WiFi locator pre-installed.
To use it I need to accept the T+Cs however I cannot scroll to the bottom of the license page to click the accept button.

I have reduced the text size in IE but this has no effect on the font size on the license page which written in Adobe Reader and there is no facilitity to reduce magnification of that programme.

I am obviously missing something very basic but what?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

horace.

It's hard to tell what you're looking at but if the Adobe Reader is displaying within IE try hitting F11 to make more room.
Has the thing you need to click appeared behind the active window perhaps?
Have you tried hitting Enter to operate the thing you can't click? If the option to decline the agreement is the default, Tab may move the focus to the agree button before you hit Enter.
If the button is labelled Accept, maybe Alt + A will operate it.
Maybe connecting a larger monitor to the netbook would be the most sure way of getting to it.
    Good luck
