I am very annoyed; i am currently a Telewest customer but am wanting to shop around for a better deal such as Talk Talk, but in order to do this I have to get BT to reconnect the existing line (in my hallway sitting next to the Telewest connection). I spoke to BT but they have informed that I will have to pay 124.99 for the priveledge of becoming one of there customers! This really makes me angry because if I/you really want to enter the competitive telecoms market you have to have a BT line. I have written a letter of complaint. Has anyone had a similar experience or can anyone offer any advise? :mad:
