how Working Tax Credit continues to next year?

I would like to know what is the procedure for WTC to be carried over to next financial year if nothing in my circumstances have changed?

- do I apply and go over the whole application process again?
- should I expect some simplified form/letter from HMRS which just asks if I have any changes?
- or does it just carries on assuming that if there are no notifications from me, then situation has not changed?

Thank you in advance!

You'll get a declaration form which asks for income details etc, which you fill in and return. Then they'll finalise your award for the last tax year and adjust it for the new tax year.
  • Thanks! :) Any idea when would that happen? Before April? After?
