Thanks, it is something I will look into. TBH in a strange way having to repay the loan, has helped keep my focussed on changing my life. I know there is a 2 month interest penalty for paying the loan off early and I have 18 more payments to make, not sure how much I would save.0 -

Thanks again for all the advice, I will definately take everything into consideration.
I'm going to leave the moving until early next year, so I can save up a bit more. I guess I'm lucky, because I generally have no hassle with my family and it's not like there is any pressure whatsoever on me to move out at all. But that's not to say I don't want to actually get out and finally get somewhere to call my own and am really looking forward to it, but am not going to rush it.
No doubt I'll be back around the thread sometime late this year for some more advice.
