Which magazine did a test on this while back .
Bosch standard bulbs beat everything ( not Xenon) . Osram Nighbreakers bulbs were a well rated and came 2nd .

Do you have a linky for this? Must look into the Bosch bulbs -- always bought Philips because they're slightly cheaper than the Osrams and I can't tell the difference between the two.0 -
I have Osram Nightbreakers for main beam to go in one of the Vecs.. Guy I bought it off put cheap ebay bulbs in make unknown... Good enough light better than the other Vec and nothing really appears amiss.... but last few nights it's been foggy and you can see the direction of the beam is a Joke... all over the place...
Osrams have been half price at the @ ECPS last couple o weeks... Just over £10 for H1s.
I'll fit them tomorrow and see if they do what it says on the box.0
