Claim from Royal Mail.0 -
Thanks for your replies.
I posted it first class post (Play did'nt advise special/recorded delivery) Although, now I wish I had!
The item is worth £60
I have now posted them a copy of 'proof of posting' fingers crossed they'll 'find' it and refund.
If they dont - I'll contact Royal Mail, but dont have much faith in them doing anything!0 -
Proof of postage is one thing but it's entirely up to you to make sure the item has adequate postage insurance.0

Royal Mail are the only ones that can help now.0 -
I completely sympathise with you, about the shambolic service that is Play.com.
I ordered a jacket which Play.com said was posted on 5th January, but still hasn't turned up. They have sent me this very dodgy looking "claim form" to fill in and send back. I've heard stories of people waiting up to 3 months for refunds, and others not even getting anything. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.....I just need to find the switch.0
