Yes..much moreWhat you call a fraction(and i am expecting 0.0% to -3.0% monthy falls throughout most of this year) is like me saving anything up to £9000 per month, i think we are talking big money here.
Going on this hometrack number i have as good as saved £1500, did you save £1500 this month:)
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -

Faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.0 -
Loads of bargains round my way ... loads.... it's never the ones you'd want though is it.
The ones I'd want have generally dropped £20k, meaning they're about £25k out of my reach at present.
Greatest drop seen today (must be something they're not telling) is £345k dropping all the way down to an auction guide of £150k. Entirely the wrong coast/village/location/outlook for me though or I'd at least be tempted to have a look around. I can't believe it was ever worth £345k, but it's got an interesting building that sounds ideal for my intended future kiln. I always have an "intended future kiln" in my wishlist, in case I take up a mucky hobby that requires some craft workspace.... as opposed to it actually being a future requirement, it's the "just in case" thoughts list of property buying.0 -

The situation is more likely to be much worse than they are saying.
