Make and model of your laptop?
Which OS?
Atheros is a 3rd party driver, so it won't come via a Windows Update.
Why not just connect using Windows own built in wireless driver (Windows Zero Configuration) which usually does a pretty good job?No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
its an emachine e525 i use windows vista and the virgin hub should automatically wrk with my laptop it does most of the time but sometimes loses connection so i reboot the hub then fine.
I rang virgin yest t tell them and she said it wouldnt wrk without an ethernet cable cos my laptop was not upto date with windows.
she was wrong as it does connect the majority of the time. I suppose I dont really no what im on about was hoping somebody could guide me through.£322.00/£3500 - CC - 26/04/110
