For the 1st series, they repeated it earlier on a Sat I think so that children could watch it. Hopefully they'll do that again as it's very educational. Keep an eye on the schedules...

  • I adopted a polar bear for my daughter and her boyfriend as part of their Christmas present last year.
They were thrilled with the gift,it is something unusual and went a little way to helping endangered animals.

They received an update on their bear and how it was doing.

I didn't see the David Attenborough programme, although I read about the polar bear.I love animals and I get quite upset when I see them dying on wildlife programmes,I can't stop thinking about it.

It is terrible how we are destroying the planet.Ooh,I'm sorry if I got a little gloomy there.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I paid for the adoption of a polar bear on 9th November and according to the website I would receive papers plus a cuddly bear in 10 days. I still have not received anything. I have emailed a few times and all I receive are the automated emails thanking me for mine and saying they will get back to me. So far they have not.

I am not sure what to do now and I want to warn others about lastminute.com

Have you tried looking on Oxfam's website, I think they do loads of things like that but I don't know the prices...maybe worth a look?
