We're going to the pinky ponk show cause its the same 2 shows as last year and we saw the ninky nonk last year.

glad people found this useful and thanks to ITNG for responding to queries...... it's like i said to DH the other night I love the way you try your best to respond to anyone about anything (including EVERY post on your f/b page!!)

  • just an update.

The ITNG team have been able to identify anyone who hasn't got tickets but thinks they have and wi'll be in touch with them next week (they've held enough seats so that everyone gets what they want).

hope that makes people a bit more relaxed!! they will be back to answer questions just as soon as MSE dot the i's and cross the t's.

i have just phoned ITNG and rebooked over the telephone. They have given me a new order number and are sending the tickets by post free of charge!Lucky i checked before booking a hotel etc.
  • Fantastic show!
Our family of 3 travelled to B'ham and met my BIL and his brood of 6 at the venue. (My eldest niece being 10 years old and my youngest niece 8 months old) We were able to get half price tickets for £7.50 each and they were worth EVERY PENNY.:T
The kids sat transfixed to the characters in the Pinky Ponk show for the whole hour, but it really didn't seem that long! (Although I did have a bit of a numb bum from the padded bench!)
The baby changing facilities are the best I've every seen - with individual changing areas and sanatising hand gels etc. They even have little steps in the toilet cubicles for little ones to use!

The only criticism I would have is buggy parking.

When we arrived at the venue, we were asked to join a queue that was already forming outside. Once allowed into the snowdome it is pretty much a free-for-all. You have to leave the queue to "park" your buggy - thus losing your place in the queue and if you try to re-join the queue you are greeted with tutting and jostling from those behind. My advise would be - if you can manage without them, then don't take them into the dome.

I would like to go and see the other show this year, but think I will wait to see if there are any half price tickets again.....
  • My experience so far...I booked online and even got thru the payment/booking reference, but I didnt get any confirmation e-mail. so I called their customer service to find that they didn't have any record of my booking. So they just rebooked it over the phone. So if you got to the booking confirmation stage like I did, but still haven't got the confirmation e-mail, I'd call customer service right away and rebook. On a side note, I think £15 for 3min with one character is quite outrageous tbh

£15 for 3 min is outrageous yes. My guess it's the best way for them to limit the amount of people wanting it. If it was only a fiver, then everyone would want it but there isn't enough time between shows (and iggle piggle really needs his roll-up and can of 'pinky ponk juice' between performances). Our kiddy is only 1 so won't get any benefit from it anyways so it was an easy choice for me!
  • i got an email the other day to say my order hadnt gone through and to phone or email about sorting it out

did the rep get the ok to be on here
