yes it says this

Every child needs a ticket, including babes-in-arms.

it says it on the page after you have selected a venue and price/date etc

This may sound stupid but it says "Upsy Daisy Photo Session" on my invoice...so how much are they going to fleece us for the photos? and can we take our own camera? I have a feeling its £15 to get in and then they will make the money on the pictures .

the pictures said £15 I thought that would include photo

Hope this isn't considered spam, but we thought it might be helpful to answer some of your questions.

Firstly, sorry the website was slow first thing this morning. Everything is working well now.

The meet a character session will include a free photo, and you're more than welcome to take your own photos too.

Email confirmations are slow going out today because of the demand, but if you got to a confirmation screen, your email will arrive.

There's a FAQ on our website which should answer most queries. We can't post a link here as a new user, but if you find our website, select a venue then click the "FAQ" button on the top right, you'll find it.

nikkit72 there were a couple of performances that were displaying the wrong price this morning. If you have booked for one of these we'll refund the difference. Would you send us a message and let us know which performance you booked for?

I booked tickets first thing this morning but the page didnt load up properly so i didnt realise i had booked Pinky ponk when i really wanted the ninky nonk tickets. Is there any way I can cancell and rebook my tickets? rather do this today whilst there is still availability? How can I contact the ITNG team with this query directly?

Hi STAR_BUCK

It is possible to exchange your tickets without a fee if the performance you're moving to is before the one you're moving from (although you'll need to pay any difference in ticket price). If you give the ticket team a call on 0844 581 0777 they'll be able to help you out.
