why did i buy Comptons gravy salt?

:confused: cos I read about it on here I presume- but I cant remember what to use it for? Gravy I guess- but is it salt? What is it? :confused:

I was going to buy some after reading that thread but couldn't find any. Tbh my gravy trials are going quite well without so don't think I'll worry now.
