Two hopes ... and one of them is Bob!

At the end of the deal, the best you can do is choose the best tariff on offer from their current range.
Personally I would look to a comparison site to see if the current supplier is still competitive for you. (after the deal ends)

I imagine SP will write to you in the week or 2 leading up to the tariff ending with the options open to you, as in if they're going to roll it on or not.

    Hi evosy1978

It has been a good tariff and goes to show that if you take a risk on capping your prices for a period of time, it can certainly pay off financially. Unfortunately the industry has moved on and we are offering a number of different tariffs. Again you will have the option of capping your rates for another period of time, or chosing a cheaper discounted energy tariff.

The advise I would give you is to make sure that you know how much gas and electricity you are using over a 12-month period. If you contact us with a current meter reading, we can update this into your billing account and confirm to you how much you are using in kWh. You can use this information to upload onto a comparison site to see what deals are available. You can contact our sales team (0800 400 200) also to discuss the available tariffs for you.

The tariff you are on does not have a cancellation charge and so you do not need to wait until the end of February to change if you see a current tariff that looks appealing. Remember, tariffs being offered now may not be on offer at the end of February.

    Hope this information is helpful.

    Kind Regards
