NEXT courier returns - ? change in policy

If you return items via Royal Mail it is still free.

My point with this topic was that it has always been free to return via Courier, and I had not been informed in any way by Next that the policy had changed - they maybe don't have to inform customers though.

I understand Next are well within their rights to charge and they have clearly worded it in their returns policy but it is people like Charliezoo who will be charged £3.99 as they did not know the policy had changed. I bet there will be more than one or two people who get charged!
