Does anyone know how to set up automated replys for ebay buyers?

There are lots of tools in the seller tools section of ebay but I can't see how this one would work if you are refering to when they click on 'ask seller a question' because you won't know what their question is! If you mean how do you get an automated email sent out once the auction has closed then yup, think thats in the 'seller tolls' section - let me know if you want me to try and find it for you....?? Hope this helps, wasn't really too sure what you mean

my account>ebay preferences>
under seller preferences, there is a section called Seller Preferences. In that list is Customisation Preferences: End of Auction and Transaction emails. Click on change to the right of that and you can customise your emails.
I only found this the other day and was dead excited
