was hoping some of u guys can help before i ring comet and complain lol

my son was on his netbook earlier doin the usuall facebook/music on the background anyway his netbook died and he plugged the charger in now it wont go back on keeps flashing to the start up screen have no idea why its doin this nor do i have any idea how to fix it,

its a

any help please hes gonna drive me nuts until its fixed and i know bog all about technology

yep the one where its says sorry for the inconvenience but your windows didnt start properly.......

and the options safe mode, safe mode with networking, with command prompt

last known good config,

it flashes from there to the screen showing windows xp that only stays for a few seconds then right back to ^^^^^ that page

crumbs i have no idea not techie in the slightest lol can barely work a tv remote

Try last known good, that will sometimes correct it.

have you tried last known config and all the other options?

does it have a factory restore partition?

nope cant get to the restore part not letting me do anything think i will give in and take it in to comet see if they can fix it thanks anyway guys

Before you take it to Comet, just think what data you might have on the netbook, eg docs/music/pictures/emails etc, and if you have it all backed up - because they are just going to wipe it and do a factory restore, and you will lose everything.
If there is anything important, there are ways to potentialy recover it first.
