making tuna fishcakes - with what??

Hi Just finishing off the tuna fishcakes using the recipe on here. What do we have with them??? They are the main meal and I haven't got a clue what to do with them!!

Homemade potato wedges? HM oven chips? If you haven't got time, bought oven chips.

Salad, peas, baked beans?

I normally do salad or broccoli.

baked beans or veg - I wouldn't serve them with another type of potato (i'm assuming the fishcakes have potato in them)

I'd do either wedges and peas or potatoes and peas and tartar sauce.

a nice salad - either raw veg or a rice salad or pasta salad.
I have served this rice salad with fishcakes and it was lovely.
cold cooked rice
a handful of frozen or fresh garden peas, cooked
a couple of slices of tinned pineapple I had leftover, cut into small chunks
some cooked green beans
salt and pepper to taste.
just mix it all together and chill.

pasta salad the one I do with fishcakes is
some cold cooked pasta shapes
either - roasted red peppers cooled skinned and diced small or some sundried tomatoes diced small
marie rose sauce - either a jar or make your own
salt and pepper to taste.
as before, just toss it all together and chill!

Serve in bread baps with a sauce/salad items.

corn on the cob with loads of butter, or with some veggie fried rice ( basically any veg you want, i usually do mushrooms, peas, sweetcorn, peppers, onions. cook in frying pan and add in last few mins a load of cooked rice, and mix together gently frying. )
