Tax disc question

And that story is why I always run with both discs in the car, putting the new one in as soon at it arrives and removing the old one at some point afterwards, when I finally remember that it's still there.0

I've had my new one on the car since 15th Jan, its not officially valid until 1st of Feb but I don't care, its a stupid rule.
If in doubt though just display both.0 -
Like others have said I always put the new disc in the holder when I get it and leave the old disc on display on the windscreen until it's expired.0
