Saving photos to which CD?

Hi
I have hundreds of photos on my PC which i would like to transfer onto CD so i can take them in shops etc, and just bac them up really.
Is there any particular CD i need to use for this?

Hi, No any CD will do the job, A cd will hold between 200 and 300 photos depending on resolution. Alan.Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm WELSH. .0

If you are going to use CDs to back up your photographs then make sure you use CD-R (recordable or write-once) and not CD-RW (rewritable).
The re-writable discs are great for transporting changeable data but CD-R is more stable and better suited to long term storage - like your photo backups.0
