Where is the mountain in Windows Bliss desktop?

Hi all
I'm after settling a friendly wager & wonder if anyone can help.
The windows desktop graphic Bliss shows a grassy mound in front of a mountain on the far right, and another, barely visible, on the far left.
My OH has it (in her words!) on good authority that they are in fact the Sugarloaf and Skirrid mountains near Abergavenny in South Wales. The one on the right certainly looks exactly like the Sugarloaf but I imagine many mountains might.
Can anyone verify if it is a genuine photo & if so where it was taken?
Cheers

There's a more realistic wallpaper based on the Bliss model by a British firm called Digital Ink...
Here is a small version of it (on the larger version the person holding the yellow ball is more obvious!).
