aa credit card - contact email?

HELP!
the short version is i want to email AA complaints dept but can't find the address anywhere.. I'm hoping someone has one!
Why?
i called the number on my statement re my Virgin card, had a nice chat, they said i wasn't registered for online banking (i knew i was) so after the call i checked my account online to make sure and all was well.
minutes later i called a different number on my AA credit card, gave only my dob & AA account no - but the automated system gave me my Virgin balance (i'd not given any virgin account details.)
The AA person i spoke to was worse than useless, couldn't explain why virgin details were being given on AA info.
The story goes on but the short version is i want to email AA complaints dept but can't find a contact anywhere.. help!

Both are administered by MBNA, so any complaints would need to be made to them (any credit card agreements would have been MBNA rather than AA / Virgin)0

IIRC: They're both MBNA cards - so sounds more likely to be a problem with MBNA systems than something that AA are to be blamed for.My posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.
They are not a substitute for professional financial advice - but you knew that already didn't you?
