Does anyone know if there is an app for the iphone which tells you who is calling you by converting text into speak?

    Two options I know of:

    1) DIY ringtones assigned to each contact to speak the name of the contact.

    2) CallTell from Cydia (requires Jailbroken iPhone + payment for the app).
