If you're on income based, yes. You'll get premiums for children (and their disabilities) within tax credits.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

He should get the disability premium on top of his normal JSA rate. Is he claiming for you both ?
I assume the child is not included in the JSA claim ?I'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog too!0 -

It would be £28 a week. Any savings over £6000 and your income will reduce this.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

£28 is for single claimant. It's 39.85 pw for a couple. the amount the law says you need to live on will be 102.75 + 39.85. Any income coming in or any savings over £6K will reduce this.
DLA is paid in addition to this as is tax creditI'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog too!0 -
thanks so we should get 102 per week jsa and then 38 per week in disablity rates as well as the high rate mobilty dla we get because we are a couple and child tax credits pay for our two children and they already pay a disabilty rate for my dd and that should continue have i got that right thanksi cant slow down i wont be waiting for you i cant stop now because im dancing0
