Well my Ann Summers parcel and my ebay item went missing. I don't know if it was due to RM not leaving a red slip or another factor.

When I rang, the woman on the telephone was lovely and helped me out a lot. I would definitely ring them again if I had a problem lol

RM were no help to me...had 6 items in 2 months go missing and I made a complaint about it because that seems like a ridiculous amount to me, but was told that it was just due to the vast number of parcels RM have that its inevitable that some went missing....

Think I might just ask ann summers for a refund on this

Sorry, I meant the woman at Ann Summers.

I've tried ringing the RM depot but no answer. I've given up on ever receiving my first parcel sent to me lol.

Well after my first one never came, they kept thier promise and sent me a replacement one which I recieved this morning, have to say Im actually impressed. It didnt look great on first impressions (metalic kind of gold) but actually I have to say its a really good bra, its got a nice pull bit in the middle too had a look online and its selling for £10 reduced from £22 so for £5 its not bad....http://www.annsummers.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=77198&storeId=10001&catalogId=40151&langId=-1
