Be careful of the sizing - I got two 'normal bras' both in my size and when next to each other very different sizes! I sent them back as faulty, first I got a £6 refund, asked for my other £2 and my postage, I got my £2 and an email confirming the postage refund... Then another confirming no refunds at all - shoddy service!

Can u return things to Ann Summers that you have bought in the clearance online? Ive always been under the impression you couldnt. Or is it covered under the distance selling?

Could someone who has sent things back let me know please as Im tempted but dont want to get stuck with things that dont fit!

I think you can return anything which isn't 'intimate' I.e not
Knickers or toys but definitely bras and outfits.

I ordered mine on 23rd Jan.. still no sign!

I have time to phone tomorrow so I will see.

Update -

My parcel was posted on 24th of January 2011 but it never arrived. They have refunded me the money for the thongs as they no longer have my size and re-sent me the two assorted bras.

I'm now trying to phone my sorting office to see if I can track the original parcel.

Mine never arrived either - debating whether to ask for it to be re-sent or refunded...so much of my post has gone missing lately its a bit of a joke

I got my full refund including postage - was reasonably easy in the end!
