Any BT reps around? Online account problem

I have two BT accounts for different addresses, both in my name. Most days recently I've been checking usage for the one I am not currently residing at (personal reasons, won't go into it on here).
Today I've gone in as usual but been unable to access recent calls, getting this message:
If you have previously been able to view your account details online but cannot currently get access, we are sorry but due to technical constraints we cant display your account details on our web site. All your account details are safe and secure and our technical teams are working hard to resolve this. We apologies for any inconvenience.
What is meant by "technical constraints"? Could someone have set up a block preventing me from viewing calls that I will be billed for? I can still see recent usage for the other account which is where I am staying at the moment. Is it because I'm not accessing the internet via the same phone line? It's always worked fine until today.

Select the number you want from within the online account (assuming both are registered to the same online account). No free lunch, and no free laptop

That's what I was doing, and it has always worked before, but today it returned the error message c&p'd above.
Anyway
just tried again and it is working now! So no idea what that was all about.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

I went online to check my bill yesterday and I had the same message. At the top of it though, it says something about new customers and I almost went into an "I hate BT and their incompetance" as I thought they thought I was a new customer until I carried on reading!0

Must have been a glitch in the system yesterday if you had the same thing happen. Seems to be okay today.
