    EXACTLY the same problems that I've encountered as well as many other issues (promises of compensation that turned out to be bogus, not being informed about a visit from an engineer to fix a fault and then, because I wasn't in to answer, being told I'd have to wait a month until the next one could come).

    I've had a bit more luck with New Call (the parent company of Primus) customer relations team, as the call back promise to actually receiving a call back ratio is 50:50 instead of 0, but still not had the fault fixed!

    And them interrupting me when I'm not even halfway through explaining what's gone wrong and completely misunderstanding what I need to happen is the most frustrating thing in the world - twice in the last week I turned into John Sweeney during the scientology panorama programme and just had to start shouting over the call operator in a last-ditch attempt to get my point across :rotfl:

    Remember this - if you choose to go with Primus: If they don't even respect the Ombudsman, what chance do you think YOU have of being respected?
    Primus = CHEAP and NASTY. Don't get involved. Pay another £1 or £2 and go with YourCalls.net or anyone else that is UK based and do what they say on the tin. Primus is a communications company that cannot communicate.

    Update 16th April:
    Still no response from Primus to the Ombudsmans Final Decision. They have failed to respond to telephone calls and emails from Otelo, despite the requirement that they provide the remedy within 28 days (that was at the beginning of January).
    My opinion still stands - AVOID PRIMUS - the communications company that doesn't communicate!
    You are not alone, worse company i have ever dealt with, my problems started well before they moved out to India, i had problem after problem with getting my bill actually billed at the correct price (this went on for 12 months), bills just appearing without any notice, being called a liar on the phone by CS and by a supervisor, even with a cancellation letter from them, it took over 3 months after i left them to get bills stopped, just a shower of crooks in my opinion.

    Take a look at the link before, that is from a while back, mostly starts about broadband, but does end up about Primus in general, really surprised that the link below is from 2008, and that people were all having similar issues, yet MSE is still recomending them.
