Been meaning to post this for a while, soz.
Last september I won a £100 letterland voucher which never arrived. After several e-mails and phone calls I took Toni's advice from here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2548849
This is the e-mail I sent,
December already and I still haven't recieved my £100 Letterland voucher. I know it's not your fault, but this has been going on now since September.
After three e-mails and at least four phone calls I feel thoroughly let down and very awkward having to keep chasing this. If you can't do anything to help me could you at least give me the contact details of the distribution firm involved and I will take the matter up with the ISP.
I was hoping to spend this on my local nursery school and I don't relish going to tell them they won't be getting it so I will keep trying and I hope you will too.
Sent this on the Friday and had an e-mail and a phone call the following Monday with apologises and within the week I had £150 of Early Learning Centre vouchers as compensation. The Letterland vouchers never did arrive, but I'm very happy with the result.
Thankyou Toni :A you're a real star.
