Recieved My Andrex Prize But My Other Prizes are Turning Out a Bit of a Disaster

Just recieved my andrex slippers, teddy, vouchers and bag and they are sooooo cute =D

on the other hand over a month ago i won a case of champagne from one competition and clothes show london tickets from the other. I've emailed both and they keep emailing back saying there on the way or they will be with me by the end of the week but that was two weeks ago now. The tickets for clothes show london are for this weekend and i haven't recieved them but i've had to take unpaid leave from work to go meaning that if i don't recieve the tickets i've forfitted a days pay.

Any advice...........?

Email, regarding clothes show tickets and state, u feel thoroughly let down as there is a good chance now u r not gonna get them in time, and are passing this on to the isp to deal with if u dont hear back within 24 hours.( then contact isp with all details)

Reagrding the champagne email and state, you feel very awkward having to keep chase this so i you haven't recd it within 7 working days you are gonna save yourself further embarrassment and let the isp chase it up on your behalf.

After 7 working days contact the isp, with copies of all emails and see what they can do .

I've recentlyc hased up 2 quite biggish wins in a similar way and both again contatced me after similar emails and now have had both prizes delievered, shame they have to drag it out, and ruin the buzz of the win xxxx

I agree, Toni's advice will hopefully get you the results you want. I posted last week about a prize which was going horribly wrong and no progress despite calling them twice a week over a few months. I took Toni's advice and called the promo company on the Friday saying near enough the same thing, the incorrect prize was collected a few hours after I phoned and the correct prize delivered today so I think it is the way to go. Big thanks to Toni for your advice, you are a star x

Well done on your wins, hope you manage to get it sorted. It does take the shine off of winning when things go wrong. I have just used Toni's text in an email about a win I had on April 5th, hopefully it will have the desired result.

EDIT: Sent the email at 5pm, just had a reply timed at 5:21 asking for a contact number so that they can call to discuss it

UPDATE !

just got an email back regarding the clothes show london tickets and the lady was dam right rude. She said that she didn't appreciate threats (when i only said unfortunately i am going to have to pass it on to the ISP), that they wouldn't do anything anyway because she isn't a promoter and that i was lucky to even win the tickets in the first place (i supose i was but thats not the attitude to have)

This is turning out to be mroe hassel than its worth =[

It wasn't a threat, it was a course of action u r gonna take as they r messing u about.
Email the isp and send all correspondent, put in subject field complaint regarding comp tickets for this weekend.
