Just like to say well done Smile Bank https://www.smile.co.uk for refunding an £11 charge due to me going slightly over my credit card limit while payment of the previous month was being transfered from another account.
I wrote them a letter asking for the charge to be refunded and I got a letter to explain that they were looking into it and a few days later another detailing the refund.
They have increased my credit limit, pay me 0.5% cashback and the customer service is fantastic :j
