hi does anyone know how long for a tax credit claim takes to process and if there is anyway of collecting forms rather than waiting for them in the post?

When my very first claim went in it was about 6-8weeks, same when I changed from a joint to single claim (so cancelling old claim and putting in a brand new one).
I've always just waited on the forms coming through, according to this link it has to be sent out to you.
