I am trying to get my husband to make a Will but he has been putting it off for ages.
Can i go head and do this myself?

You can and should make a will for yourself. You can't do it for your husband. However, the ideal situation would be if you could sit down together and discuss it, so you are both aware of the other one's wishes. Perhaps try to persuade him to watch the programme on Friday, where they investigate problems which occur when people die without wills. By watching the programme, that may make a conversation about wills a little easier. It's not something a lot of people find easy (or indeed necessary) to talk about.0
